The company owner, Richard, had spent more than 18 years working for one of the UK’s largest alarm and security companies. He enjoyed the work but wanted to offer a more personalised service to customers.
He knew that running his own security systems company on a smaller scale would enable him to continue working at a high standard, whilst keeping overheads low, providing more value to customers.
Richard and his team share the same ethics – customer service comes first. From patiently explaining how to use technical equipment and systems, to coming to the rescue when a customer can’t find a security company to solve their faulty system.
And, as qualified electrical installers, they can handle any other electrical work, saving you the trouble of finding another electrician.
